Future Flush Opportunity
Lot 1: HRP Ruby 520-N5360
HRP Ruby 520-N5360 is owned by Hillegas Red Angus & Chappell Red Angus. She was our pick out of all the HanSine Ranch 2025 heifer calves. We spent 3 days sorting through 147 heifers to come up with this incredible heifer. We had 57 heifers picked from the list based on pedigrees and paperwork. After that it was all about phenotype. We feel we picked out the best phenotypical and structurally correct female they had. Arguably, of course. Basically, Erica told us which one was the best. LOL. As far as we know, she is the only RED female of this mating in existence. Her pedigree is flawless. Her sire, Brown CRSB Confidence G1410, sired the highest selling bull ever in the Red Angus Breed, the $400,000 PIE Hollywood 222. Her dam is the mother to PIE Quarterback 789, possibly the best bull ever in the breed. At a minimum Quarterback has changed the breed for phenotype & body structure in a good way.
PIE Ruby 520-N5360’s own performance record speaks for itself with a 781 WW and a 1099 YW. Her scan data is incredible. She has a 5.60 IMF with only a .27 BF and a 11.27 REA. Her EPD profile is calving ease along with top notch growth traits. Her carcass traits are impeccable, and she proved that with her ultrasound data. Phenotypically, she is what we would want all our females to look like. She has a clean shoulder with good neck extension, is long bodied, wide topped with a nice square hip and plenty of guts and capacity. All combined into a very feminine look with excellent bone structure and feet.
We are guaranteeing a minimum of 6 embryos. We are not retaining any embryos over 6 on a one cow flush, they are all yours. All flush and semen expenses are buyer’s responsibility.

Yearling Bulls
Lot 2: Chappell Inforcer N502
What a way to start the sale! This is arguably the best bull in this year’s offering. Everyone that visited this year has unanimously picked this bull as their favorite. Let’s start with the sire, PIE Intensity 295, owned by HanSine Ranch, SD. This semen is not on the open market, so take advantage of this opportunity to purchase one of three sons in this sale. His dam, Chappell Liberty G404, produced the lot 1 flush opportunity last year that sold to Ron Gilliland of Davis, CA. G404 hails from our Liberty/Molly cow family that needs no introduction in this part of the world. Chappell Enforcer N502 boasts an impressive 11 categories in the top 10% of the breed with all 5 carcass traits in the top 9%. Dam’s embryo package sired by Bieber Hard Drive Y120 sell as lot 31.
Lot 3: CHAPP-HILL Icon N02ET
Chapp-Hill Icon N02ET is as rare and special as it gets. He is sired by the $400,000 Pie Hollywood 222 and his dam, U2 Beauty 113Z, is one of the most sought-after females in the breed. PERIOD! U2 Beauty 113Z’s bull progeny has averaged $38,000 to date. But, I’m sure you can buy this one for a hell of a lot less in PA. LOL! This ET calf has excelled since birth in every way possible with his growth, top indexing scan data, cherry red color and feet as good as they get. Most of our customers are looking for one bull that can do everything and this bull can! From his 16 CED to high growth, he is heifer safe and cow ready. There is a full brother selling as lot 17.

Lot 4: Chappell Landman N506
Chappell Landman N506 blends moderate calving ease with top 1% growth and he proved it by having the highest YW in his contemporary group. He is clean cut, deep ribbed, soggy sided and docile as it gets. His dam, Chappell Marie J425, produced the lot 27 heifer in last year’s sale that sold to Adam Glienke, IA. That heifer had a huge 13.42 REA. In the 2024 sale, she produced the high selling bull which went to Brian Glienke, IA. His maternal granddam produced the high selling bull in the first two sales we ever had, so this cow family flat out puts pounds on the ground. Selling embryos of this same mating as lot 30.
Lot 5: CHAPP-BRYAN Trademark 2501
Here we go, if you’re looking for a cow bull, Chapp-Bryan 2501 is as good as you will find anywhere this year. He has the heaviest WW at 801, YW at 1428 and largest REA at 15.81 in the entire sale. He has 11 EPD categories in the top 24% of the breed and all the carcass traits are in the top 24%. The carcass is truly bred into this guy as he is sired by the proven carcass leader, HXC Patent 6608D. At a 6.4 frame he will add pounds and frame to your calves along with breed leading maternal traits. This package is hard to beat!
Lot 6: Chappell Full Capacity N511
We feel Chappell Full Capacity N511 is one of the most complete bulls we have ever produced to date. He has jumped through all the hoops possible. He is at the very top of his contemporary group with over 100 ratios in every performance category. He comes from our famed Molly cow family that has produced more high selling bulls and females than any other in our herd. His dam produced Chappell Miss Molly M486, that sold to Pleasant View Farms, CT in our 2025 sale on her very first try. Chappell Full Capacity N511 has 15 EPD categories in the top 35% of the breed. The EPD profile is very impressive, and one might say “proven”, given the cow family he comes from. He has everything from the highest maternal and growth traits to unparalleled carcass merit. PLEASE NOTE! We are selling 50% possession on this bull as we are retaining him as our new herd bull. The buyer can take possession any time after June 15th. Please call with any questions you may have. We are looking forward to working with our new partner on this guy.
Lot 7: CHAPP-BW Confident 2514
Chapp-BW Confident 2514 is the only Berwald Confident G1410 in the sale. Don’t miss out on this herd bull prospect. He has over 100 ratios on all the performance areas. His dam, Chappell Liberty J433, produced the top gaining bull at the NY bull test on her first calf. The Liberty cow family never seems to miss. Chappell-BW Confident 2514 is a one bull package to cover all the bases from heifers to cows. Another true curve bender going from a 14 CED to top 9% growth traits and with a .79 Marb EPD (top 7%), he is sure to please.
Lot 9: CHAPP-HILL Cow Boss N11ET
This calf is a direct son out of PIE Hollywood 222’s dam. This is the result of good ET work and studying pedigrees from our friends at Hillegas Red Angus. If you see CHAPP-HILL in this sale, you better look hard because you probably can’t buy those genetics anywhere else in the country. The sire, PIE Herdsman 2012, is becoming one of the breeds leading sires and semen has been very limited. Chapp-Hill Cow Boss N11ET has 10 EPDs in the top 25% of the breed. He is a curve bender with low birth to top 2% growth. He has lots of milk (top 9%) and a Marb EPD of .79 (top 7%) and is dark red. We have him at a 5.8 frame with excellent feet and legs. Cow Boss is a serious herd bull prospect to consider for your next bull. A full brother sells as lot 25.
Lot 10: Chappell Wall Street N505
Chappell Wall Street N505 is a genetic masterpiece. His sire, Bieber CL Stockmarket, still leads the industry in the carcass category. His dam, Chappell Miss Molly KE6, was our pick out of the K model ET calves. Those K model ETs have excelled from Koedam Red Angus in southwest MN to all over the northeast US. KE6 had a broken back in April 2025, so this bull was an orphan & was put in the ET pen at an early age. This will be your last opportunity to acquire genetics from any of the K model ET Molly’s at Chappell Red Angus. Chappell Wall Street N505 has an unmatched EPD profile in this sale with top 1% ProS, GM, ADG, & Marb; top 2% YW & Stay; top 3% HB & WW. All that said, he has 11 EPDs in the top 14% of the breed and all in the right places! Take advantage of these breed leading genetics to improve all traits in your herd. Wall Street is a true herd bull prospect.
Lot 11: CHAPP-MPKE Opportunity 502
This will more than likely be your only chance to purchase a Badlands Opportunity 53Y in the country this year. Chapp-MPKE Opportunity 502 is cow bull all the way that will add pounds and style to your calf crop. He has unmatched weight gain ratios: WW 780 - 112 ratio & YW 1352 - 109 ratio. He also has an impressive 14.88 REA. Take advantage of some outcross genetics on his GMRA Tesla 6214 sired dam. This bull is also phenotypically flawless and will be a sale favorite for sure. Don’t miss your “opportunity” on this guy!
Lot 13: CHAPP-MRAB Tycoon N492
Here is a rare find for sure! He is sired by the great Canadian bull, Red SSS Tycoon 225E. Chapp-MRAB Tycoon N492 is long bodied, very dark red and has excellent phenotype. He is a high growth type of bull with a top 16% Marb EPD. His dam is sired by the Select Sires bull, HXC Dawson 7003E and goes back to Chappell Blockana genetics. If you’re looking for outcross genetics, you just found it!

He is a direct son out of Stockmarket’s dam, Bieber CL Adelle 475C, and is sired by KJL/CLZB Complete 7000E. No wonder he has the highest Marb EPD in the sale! A full brother sells as lot 27.
Lot 15: Chappell Playboy N514
This is the first son to sell out of the $32,000.00 HRP Raisland Quarterbak 2704. He has been our herd bull for the last 3 years & we are very impressed with his calves. He is a more moderate framed bull and is stacked with breed leading traits that include calving ease, growth, carcass and maternal traits. Lot 19: Chappell Hollywood N503
Chappell Hollywood N503 has the highest Marb 4.24 (118 ratio) in his contemporary group. He has everything you want in a bull: calving ease, high growth, and top 1% Marb. Enough said! He is one of the most complete bulls in the sale for every category you can find and has a great disposition to go along with it.
Lot 20: CHAPP-HILL Fullback N19
Chapp-Hill Fullback N19 is a maternal brother to the bull that made the cover of last year’s catalog, Chapp-Hill Hedge Fund M02, that sold to RJ Griscom - Cowtown Rodeo, NJ for $8,500. This is another can’t miss genetic package. He had over 100 ratios in every performance category. This is a one bull package that covers all your needs from heifers to cows.
Lot 21: Chappell Stockmarket NE1
Chappell Stockmarket NE1 is another sleep all night calving ease bull with plenty of growth and lots of carcass built in along with the maternal influence of the Robin cow family. He has the highest Marb ratio in the sale, which is no surprise being sired by Bieber CL Stockmarket E119.
Lot 22: CHAPP-MPKE Resonate 512
Talk about a pedigree! This bull combines Tommy Jack, Final Product, Franchise and Energize into one package. Plus, the Dory Jiba on the sire side no doubt goes back to Larson Red Angus genetics, which are some of the best you will find for maternal traits. Chapp-MPKE Resonate 512 is a dark red bull with a lot of style and power. He will add grown and carcass traits to your calves.
Lot 23: CHAPP-HILL Spearhead N21
Chapp-Hill Spearhead N21 is another one bull package that will cover all your needs. He provides some moderate calving ease with top notch growth and carcass traits. We have him at a 5.8 frame which puts him right where you want them in this beef industry. His dam, Chappell Pride K465, comes from one of our best cow families.
Lot 24: Chappell Nickelback N516
In my opinion, Chappell Nickelback N516 has the best rear hip set in the sale, but you can be the judge. He does have the second largest REA in the sale at 1.29 inches per 100 pounds of body weight. This is the end of the Zara era for Chappell Red Angus as we unexpectedly lost his dam this spring. What a shame, the Zara cow family was the leading maternal cow family for us going back to Whitley Red Angus in AL.
Lot 25: CHAPP-HILL Wrangler N08ET
Chapp-Hill Wrangler N08ET has a genetic package that is second to none. His EPD profile is one of the best in the sale. His dam, Chappell Robin G392, has been a donor for us the past few years. Maternal brother sells as lot 21. Maternal sister sells as lot 43. This is a well-rounded bull for a one bull operation. You will want to retain the heifers out of this guy.
Lot 29: Chappell Quarterbak N520

Embryos
If you want to know what you’re buying, refer to the Lot 4 bull in this sale, it’s the same mating. PIE Hollywood 222 is the highest selling bull ever in the Red Angus breed at $400,000. Hollywood has not disappointed in any way; his calves are in the front of every major catalog this bull selling season. The dam, Chappell Marie J425, has become a herd changing female. Her sale record speaks for itself: in 2024 she had the high selling bull going to Brian Glienke in IA, in 2025 she produced a heifer with a 13.42 REA that sold to Adam Glienke in IA and she has the lot 4 bull in this year’s sale. Lot 35: Chappell Showtime M489
Chappell Showtime M489 was our 2025 high selling bull going to Hillegas Red Angus for $18,000. To date, he may prove to be the best bull produced at Chappell Red Angus. We used him in our AI group last spring and have calves on the ground. So far, it looks like they have tremendous growth as they are blowing the doors off the competition. Showtime is a category 2 bull due to ineligible white, but none of his calves to date have any illegal white and have all calved unassisted.
